Ryan Specht
President and CEO
Ryan Specht is the President & CEO of Laser, bringing a lifetime of experience in the international moving and storage industry. Since joining the company in 2007, he has developed his expertise from the ground up, combining industry knowledge with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive continuous improvement across the business.
Ryan enjoys the dynamic nature of international relocation, where every client’s situation is unique and often spans different countries and cultures. He also values the entrepreneurial aspect of his role and the opportunity to continuously improve processes across the business. Approaching each interaction from the client’s perspective, Ryan emphasizes service, understanding, and thoughtful solutions, taking pride in building trust and ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout the complexities of a global move.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active by playing tennis and golf, as well as spending quality time with his wife and four daughters. A fun fact about Ryan is that he plays the guitar and appreciates the creativity and relaxation it brings. An avid traveler, Ryan enjoys exploring new destinations, with Hawaii standing out as a favorite for its natural beauty and laid-back atmosphere.
