Rich Nora joined Laser in April 2025 as a relocation manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in logistics and operations. His career spans Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and distinguished service in the U.S. military, giving him a well-rounded perspective on efficiency, leadership, and client-focused solutions.
In his current role, Rich specializes in delivering tailored relocation experiences, ensuring each move is customized to meet the unique needs of every client. He prides himself on serving as a dedicated concierge throughout the relocation process, providing guidance, clarity, and peace of mind from start to finish. For Rich, success is built on one core principle: relationships.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs—a Great Dane and a Corgi. He’s an avid golfer and loves to travel whenever he gets the chance, with Baden-Württemberg, Germany ranking as his favorite destination.
