We’ll start with an in-home or video survey to determine the specific needs of your shipment. Once we’ve gathered necessary information, we’ll promptly provide a precise, tailored quote for your international shipment.

Date Reservation

After determining the price, we’ll proceed by booking your date. We schedule 3-4 weeks out to ensure we have resources ready to go for your scheduled relocation.

Packing & Moving

Working with one of our managers, we’ll create a customized packing and moving plan to make sure all possessions are properly protected.

Transportation & Destination

During the exciting time of your move, we’ll take care of all aspects of the shipping process. We aim to deliver the safest, most expedient process possible. Once your items have arrived, we will help your shipment with the Customs clearance process.

Delivery

Finally, following Customs clearance, your shipment will be delivered right to your new home — unloaded, unpacked, and thoroughly reviewed to ensure all items were delivered safely and successfully.
